This course is designed for people who use Access on a regular basis, and who are also experienced with Excel. They understand how the various Access objects work individually and together, including Access macros, and they are familiar with Microsoft Excel Visual Basic Applications (VBA) macros.
Course Objectives
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
• Create tables and relationships, and import data into tables from Excel workbooks and worksheets.
• Create and work with different types of queries, and add criteria to queries.
• Use the Report Wizard, PivotTables, and PivotCharts.
• Create code, determine arguments required for code, and perform macro actions in code.
• Generate a report in Access and analyze it by using Excel, and implement best practices.
