Description:
This five-hour online learning course provides you with the skills and knowledge to analyze the performance of your application by adding instrumentation for running in a production environment.

By adding instrumentation, you can analyze the performance of your application at all stages of the application life cycle-starting from profiling the application during development to performance monitoring during production.

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

• Identify the requirements for developing industrial-strength solutions.
• Track the performance of an application by using the .NET instrumentation and profiling tools.
• Explain the features and functionality of the Enterprise Library Logging Block.

Technical Requirements

To view this course, you need:

• A Pentium II, 256 MB RAM with a processor speed greater than or equal to 400 MHZ
• Microsoft® Windows® 2000 or higher
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
