Challenge

Insegni was approached for a re-brand and redesign of their website.

Results

Insegni presented concepts for re-branding and web design understanding their brand guidelines. During this meeting is was bought to our attention that the company wanted to streamline their training for regional account executives who operate remotely.

It was identified that the logistics of training their employees with frequently evolving products was too costly and unproductive and that and a new solution was needed.

Interactive learning, which not only incorporates e-learning but also to provide a more dynamic way of educating their employees remotely, M-learning (Mobile learning) was presented for the courses to be 'pushed' to their mobile PDA for new product and market information.

Impact

This organisation is now looking at implementing their own training academy accessible through their web site for all their field staff to use. This, along with the bespoke LMS, will give the training manager the ability to train staff over a wider area and still receive reports on the progress of each employee.
